Autobots are like. Thousands if not millions of years old. Those robots just don’t know better and are scared imo
Is it evil or just trying to survive? This seems like a survival of the fittest tale. The stronger will survive, then it becomes strongest will or heart.
My guess is because the energy was more controlled or guided to make the Autobots or Decepticons. The humans are just kind of uncontrollably zapping things with the radiation so they are creating kind of mindless creatures as a result.
Better question: Why was a modern shotgun with an EOTech holosight and M4 stock in a glass case next to what looks like a WWI ish trench shotgun. And why was there ammo?
