Its Comcasts program guide deciding not to label any show as a Rerun anymore. Thus my DVR records everything.

Well they didn’t cut the scene although the fuzziness is kinda funny - it is not like they did that on NYPD Blue and that was mainstream TV- which gives me hope for later on in the episode.
