The Walking Dead 1x01: Days Gone By

The hive mind crosses time!

I like what they did with the guy and his son’s story. That was heartbreaking watching him at the window.

Lori didn’t waste any time did she?

Why do people always panic and get in their cars and sit on the freeways waiting to get eaten? Haven’t they seen a zombie movie ever?

Well the horse was a bad frakkin idea. Mobile lunchtime. Where’d the helecopter come from?

Oh frak oh frak oh frak!

“Hey dumbass. Yeah you in the tank.”

Hahahaha

In the Romero films, zombies only ate human flesh. Animals were safe.

Apparently, this works differently.

Wow what a brilliant show. Can’t wait to see more!

Makes me wonder if animals can turn too. I noticed there were buzzards picking at a dead guy on the tank. In most stories animals run from and won’t touch Zed flesh. How fraking scary would zombie birds be?

Aw hell I just got done watching and had no idea there was a frak at this time of night. Pretty cool premier, I think!

And yeah, I totally wouldn’t have taken a horse! In a zombie apocalypse you don’t want edible transportation! That’s only useful on 19th century Antarctic explorations. (Sorry Fido)

That was in one of the Resident Evil movies. The got attacked by a flock of zombie crows.

There are always West Coast fraks. Y’all just never show up to them. :stuck_out_tongue:

As soon as I saw him riding into a city I said “Wrong move, dude.” You don’t want to be where the people were, because now they’re not people.

I know. When they were talking about putting up a sign, I was thinking that anyone stupid enough to wander into a zombified city is not someone you want with you.

I’d also question someone who put a 50 lb duffel bag full of shotguns on his back and rode a horse. Saddlebags, anyone? The guy is going to be chugging Advil like a madman for his bad back.

Clearly too stupid to survive. Still, pretty lucky, constantly stumbling into help as he is.

I liked it alot though, and it’s on the DVR list from now on. Nice and gory, and who doesn’t like a good (or heck, even a bad) zombie story?

Now onto a nice, thoughtful, quiet non-violent type movie on Showtime:
Starship Troopers just started.

I love that frakkin’ movie.
