A stubborn little toaster spawn, my 2-year-old hylon obviously was giddy about the whole Halloween thing.
Actually, this mood lasted all of 5 minutes. After that, my grabby little butterfly had a blast.

Aww. I love the pouty little mouth!
It’s amazing what buckets of candy will do for a child’s mood.
I guess it is better late than never. I did not dress up this year, but here are my children:
Skylar as Alice in Wonderland and Gavin as the Grim Reaper’s brother.
My niece Clover as a flower.
You guys look great! Audra should have worn a fake “Morgan” beard… since you already have one, albeit different color!
Morgan and Anna! Kim Possible! Barb, you must be so popular with kids, who thinks of such awesome costume ideas? That’s awesome.
Oh, your kid is adorable! Kids are so cute when they are pouty. Probably because I don’t have one, so I don’t have to deal with a pouty or crying kid.
Glad to hear that she enjoyed the rest of the night.
Well, you could either give the buckets of candy to your kids to make them feel better, or you can have the candy yourself, to make yourself feel better. I choose the latter.
Your kids are beautiful! And Grim Reaper’s little brother! That is absolutely brilliant! And your niece is just too adorable. I wonder if she has any idea what’s going on.
how did it take me three days to see this? total awesomeness, btw!! thanks for sharing
your daughter looks exactly like you! didn’t realize how much before. guess I was blinded by the glory of Joss Whedon
Oh. My. GODS! This takes the cake for cutest halloween costume/picture of 2009 as far as I’m concerned. I could just eat her up. Yes I could!
And not as a… No, I guess that would be the obvious choice.
Right back atcha, sir.
Right back atcha.
Finally uploaded the Halloween party pics, at least one person on the NY subway knew what it was (which is actually one more than what I expected )
I’d have geaked out if I saw you
I’m sure a lot more recognized your costume, but did the NYC thing and said nothing. Which is teh awesome, BTW.
ETA, that is the costume is awesome, not the NYC subway etiquette (although I prefer it to the opposite.)
geekgirl swoon
You look awesome. Someone needs to photoshop a Viper on the flightdeck in the background.
Although you could actually a totally weird thing on the NY subway last wednesday, people were actually smiling at each other. In NEW YORK! Wonder why… but it was nice to see
I’m gonna hold a 'Green Screen Challenge" a la Stephen Colbert
No, but she was having fun trying to figure it out! lol
Awesome costume! I was thinking of dressing like a viper pilot for Comic-Con next year.
