The Last Airbender (the movie not the show)

Yeah, but not because of James. They just wanted to avoid confusion.

Yeah, but if someone puts out a movie called Alita and it’s not based on the manga, then that’s a dig at Cameron. d:

that movie better be awesome and philosophical, or i’ll be so mad…

I’m not worried. After Piranha, Cameron’s worst movie is what? True Lies? And, it’s not bad imo.

I saw this last night. After all the anti-hype (can’t think of a real word), my expectations were so low that I did not think the movie was a waste of time. d: The acting, plot, and directing were so low (about what I expected from word of mouth), that I was able to enjoy the eye candy, bending choreography (looks like they put a lot of work into that!), and scenery.

I’m not gonna say I’ll watch it again or anything though. Once is enough.

I have yet to see the animated series still.

Edit: It was jarring to see the dude from The Daily Show as the main villain though.

Take the time to see the animated series. Probably one of the best American made cartoons out there. Season 1 is a bit goofy (it is a kids show after all), but unlike most American cartoons, te characters actually grow through the 3 seasons of the show. Definitely worth checking out.

Word. It was mind-bendingly good. And funny! And talk about heart!
