Tagline Throwdown

Keep guessing.

I looked up timeline and I was frakkin’ close! d:

Oh. I know this one.

Twelve Monkeys. Right?

Star Trek: First Contact?
Bill and Ted?

But no cigar.

We have a winner!

I loved that movie. Such a mind frak. I wouldn’t have guessed it. ):

Grats!

Yippee!!

“The last place you’d ever expect to find yourself.”

This seems annoyingly familiar. :frowning:

I don’t have a clue. And I’m tired of embarrassing myself with shotgunning, so I’m letting someone else have it awhile. d:

It should. giggle

Blast away!!

Zardoz ?

Nope. That would be too easy.

Oh gawd, I’ll never get this one…

Btw, thanks for the calendar update.

Oh cool, I know this one.

MOON.

Way to go, coco!! You’re up.

Obviously. grrr…

No problem.

I’m always shocked when there’s one I know, so, yay!

Hm…here’s kind of an obscure one (I’m not sure if anyone’s watched it here). It’s a foreign sci fi movie.

Where everything ends… and begins

And here’s a second tagline which really points to what movie (or who made it, at least) it is, so I’m going to put it in spoilers:
Are you still in the mood for love?
ETA Random: I was looking at IMDB for a movie to use just now, and randomly searched for The Storyteller, the tv series (love it, btw). The plot description of the show cracked me up -
“An old storyteller and his sarcastic dog tell obscure fairtales.”

Anyway. Back to the game.

I was about to post ‘Terminator: Salvation’ but when you use the quote feature it reveals the spoiler. I don’t think that spoiler tagline and the last Terminator movie match up.

Uh…Would asking for country of origin be too big a hint?

Edit: “I was about to post ‘Terminator: Salvation’ but when you use the quote feature it reveals the spoiler.”

That’s why I didn’t use quote. d:

Damn it! I did know that one. :frowning:

Solaris?
