*Surprise* Grosse Pointe Blank 9/26 @ 4 PM ET

When that song first came out, I thot it was a “Twizzler in the sun”, which makes no Vulcan sense whatsoever. :stuck_out_tongue:

Whoa, you’re right! Neat.

This is like the Garden State sound track. It’s music that completely encapsulates that generation.

Great lips.

Yes, it makes no sense. But it sounds delicious. Very melty and delicious.

Another fan-frakkin-tastic movie! And yep- more great music!

This poor clerk.

“live and let die~~~~”

They built a Ultimart where his house was and he didn’t know? Or am I reading this wrong?

nevermind

THAT’S IT!!! couldn’t for the life of me remember

Yep, existential crisis.

That’s it. He hasn’t been back since prom night.

OK, did I miss something there? Why was he harassing the poor guy like that?

Mom’s a complete veggie. No help there. :frowning:

Basically, it’s a coming-of-age story for a young serial killer in an existential crisis. It’s like Breakfast Club meets Jack the Ripper.

because he has the audacity to be working in the convenience store that’s where his house used to be

He finally gathered the courage to go back home to his childhood home only to realize that his childhood house is an Ultimart and his mom is in a home.

Cause he arrived expecting to find his childhood residence and found…
Ultimart.
He’s stressed. And he’s a Pro Killer. Needs the info!

Sheesh. I’m beginning to see why.

Was that a whole bottle of Glenlivet? Durn.

OMGs, that reminds me of an applicant we had a few months ago. She had a fairly impressive resume, with several years of experience at another agency. She basically had the job, until she said – in the interview, no less – how much she enjoyed working with “the veggies”. Needless to say, we never called her back.
