My mind is having trouble with the name of the vending machine. I see it as “Tora Tora Tora”, which was the Japanese code used at Pearl Harbor to indicate the attack was a complete surprise (according to Wikipedia). What this has to do with what is in the machine is beyond me.

I’m fairly certain you have two already.
My best guess is that tora in this case is か-りゅう, which is how you pronounce the kanji 顆粒. I think it means pips, like fruit pips. The fact that 顆粒 and 突雷 are homophones is an unfortunate coincidence. That’s my best guess.
They are buns, I think. I’m not 100% sure. Whatever they are, they are shaped like boobies, and that’s what got us all excited.
According to this, トラ (which is listed three times under Tora³) means “tiger”, not that that is in any way helpful. 
Secondary meaning: Drunk Person. Which makes a bit more sense.
All in all, I can’t figure out what any of these potential meanings have anything to do with a pile of toy boobies.
