Stargate SG-1 913 & 914 - Ripple Effect & Stronghold

Did they really have to have Cam and John both make the pants joke in equivalent seasons?

Kvasir seems to be the Sheldon Cooper of the Asgard

And we now appear to have the Rodney McKay of the Asgard.

“Well, there’s plenty more where we came from, right?”

And why just that other SG-1 and not all of them?

“I miss Thor.” Especially since he resulted in you getting an extra paycheck. :stuck_out_tongue:

There were some misperceptions in the elevator scene. Amanda and Ben read into the script that that universe’s Sam and Cam were married and kept leaning in for a kiss as the elevator closed.

All of them in the same room? Do you idiots want them to escape?

“You don’t have beards, so you’re not from the Evil Twin Universe.”

Well done.

A lot less Siler now that Jack isn’t around. Makes sense since he was Jack’s stunt double.

“When the time comes, cut the green one.” Hmm…

Well, he still had to coordinate everyone else’s stunts.

No guarantee the plague was identical, but it should help them in the right direction if nothing else.

Does that ever pay off?

There was a lot cut out of this episode for time. You can see details on Gateworld. http://gateworld.net/sg1/s9/making/913.shtml

No, it doesn’t. Must not have happened in our reality (or happened offscreen)

Interesting reading.

I kept thinking that the questions in this ep about which Earth is more important are very similar to the conflict regarding the competing timelines in the Stargate Continuum movie…not to be confused with the new Continuum TV show…which, come to think of it, raises some similar questions…my head hurts now

So this hospital is where they do trials on their reverse-engineered alien medical equipment?

OK, this is odd.

I love how he just casually dropped the voice change.

“We’re smart enough to know we aren’t actually gods. Well, most of us.”

So Ba’al is actually a very pragmatic villain…

Revealing to him that he was brainwashed then leaving him alone may not have been the smartest way to handle this.
