Stargate SG-1 1x18 Solitudes

“I was afraid you’d try to put a splint on it.”

Wait, he didn’t get blown up???
But the outpost looked intact to me. Only other Ancient artifact they found in Antarctica outside the base was the plague lady from Season 6 (played by the same woman as Col. Young’s wife)
Outgoing gate, General. No need for that firepower.

Have they even established that yet? They haven’t established two way radio communication yet.

I’d call that evidence they’re waiting for you, Daniel.

Wasn’t it already established that matter could only go one way through a stargate? Why are they putting up the iris if they are the ones that started gate?

GDO and MALP telemetry are evidence of two way radio comms. They remote controlled the MALP camera through the gate and got video back.

“My melted water is to die for.”

And Sam just established the one direction thing.

Exactly. Still 1st season.

SILER. Played by Dan Shea, the SG-1 stunt coordinator (the reason he frequently gets blown up in his episodes).

If the flashlight’s dead, why do they have any light at all?

Thanks. (:

And naturally, they accounted for stellar drift for all the planets in that corridor.

They’re losing lots of MALPs this episode. The two on the ambush planet, and two unrecoverable on the planets without atmospheres.

Sidearm gag may be my favorite line in Season 1. I think it was improv on set, and I bet people cracked up a few times on it.

“It’s my sidearm, I swear.”

I love the SGC wall light. I wonder who got it in the auction.

I can’t understand the dialogue because of the whispering. ):

They could use body heat to thaw more ice.

Remember, with computer equipment, resetting should always be your first option.

Why weren’t there quakes when Sam tried dialing before?

Oh wait, the SGC gate was still broken then.
