When I first saw Yoda’s reaction I always thot he was worried about what Tarkin mentioned in the first film. Tarkin says while replying to Vader about Kenobi, “Their fire has gone out of the universe. You are the last of their kind.” Yoda was sad that the Jedi were diminished. The Force would fade away like magic with Merlin. Of course, the Prequels destroy that idea.
