My daughter just asked, “How did this guy film all this new stuff?” hehe
It’s so difficult to do proper squats in that armor.
I’m sure that a TARDIS was involved.
If you had an original Threepio action figure. The leg is silver. It has something to do with Threepio being built from other droid parts.
I’ve heard many rumors about it. Never really checked every scene.
How can the sand crawler vehicle go over that ledge, yet the president’s limo got stuck coming out of a driveway today? d:
Agreed. a stark difference with the original footage, though. I guess that’s one of the problems I have with the stuff that got added in - I’m not super into vfx or anything but I can see the discontinuity…
tee hee jawas. funny.
what a smart girl you have
Those watching Adywan’s version. Isn’t the picture sharper?
I love all the continuity errors Adywan fixed. I’m such a nerd.
Looks pretty darn sharp to me! Of course, there are a few different encodings of it out there, so your mileage may vary.
“Thank the Maker.”
Heh…
Threepio is wiping off his codpiece. I never noticed that before.
Um…yeah.
and there we hear the main theme rearranged in the incidental music, when we have Luke’s first lines…
(ah the things I pay attention to in this movie)
hehe protocol droid. you’re silly.
Weird how holographic technology hasn’t improved over the years. d:
Toshi station! power converters! whiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine!
“Who is she? She’s beautiful.”
That’s not disturbing at all.
Well, it was a long time ago.
Reminds me (the Toshi station bit) - in WoW for awhile I had my character’s hearthstone set at “Toshley’s Station.” There were also BTTF jokes in there too. Loved it.
I may have kept my hearthstone there for quite some time after I was done doing things in that area. Ahem.
“That wizard’s just a crazy old man.”
Your father owned R2.
