Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country 4/10 @ 10 PM ET

most I ever saw in the theater was Raiders of the Lost Ark–17 times

Explosion time. Something go BOOM!

Trek Tart Trainee reporting for duty. Happy Birthday Wavilyem!!

First time we find out Sulu’s first name. Well, on the big and small screen. The books had it for a while.

Anyone else feel like they are about to fall during these “Flying through space” scenes?

Cool lettering/coloring.

he said “gaseous”

Alright guys im out. Have fun.

Beta Quadrant!!!

Nice ship Sulu.

this Excelsior stuff just reminds me of that dreadful Voyager retcon. boooooo!

Hope they got moon insurance.

Sulu, what the hell was that?

Hello Ladies D and G!

According to Memory Alpha, Gene Roddenberry didn’t approve of the militaristic tone of this film and demanded that his lawyer get them to change things. He died before anything was done, however.

These pre-Botox actors really freak me out. They’re like…real people… I speak specifically of Yeoman Rand… and her crow’s feet…wow

Lucky for Sulu that Star Fleet got tired of having like half a dozen Captains on one ship. :stuck_out_tongue:

Can someone give me a time check? I had to skip the opening credits since they crashed my DVD playing program twice.

Evening Badger! He died a just a few weeks before the film was released so best he could have done was block the release at that point.

Always good to see Yoeman Rand

Apparently he wasn’t the only one. There were several lines Nichelle Nichols would not say. Shatner did not like the interaction we will soon see between Spock and Kirk. He felt Kirk was too cynical.
