he reads a lot
I don’t think I could take advice from a man wearing an air filter on his face.
But I would buy a drink from a woman wearing a flying saucer on her head.
For me, it was because he was kind of a dick when it came to management. He was rude to everyone under his command, IMO.
Ain’t that the truth?
Totally have to disagree. He was a much more in depth character than Scotty ever was.
Though, the Enterprise D was MY ship, the one i grew up on.
Odd how the show originally wasn’t gonna have the chief engineer being a main character.
I like that the Enterprise has an enlightened view on children in bars.
lol!!! :d
It’s interesting. Really is an age gap between the perspective of those who grew up with TOS and those who grew up with TNG.
I love TNG, but I’ll never the same affection for it that I had for TOS.
“She Said…You better leave us alone…or it’s Hatchet time for me and your throat”
True.
I have the totally opposite affection. I like TOS okay, but TNG is “my” star trek
“I’m bored, let’s go back to Engineering and maybe overload the warp coils a little bit”
it’s a cylon imaginary friend!
(that could go some very bad places…)
Red Eyes of DOOM!
Oh noes! Red eyes! Just in case we couldn’t tell she was evil.
Yeah. And the techno babble…I dunno, I just felt they were words coming out of Levar Burton’s mouth. With Scotty is sounded real. And from what I know of James Doohan, he really was the kinda guy who wanted to know and explain how things worked.
Yeah though I wasn’t super into any TV as a kid, when we watched Trek it was TNG and DS9.
Woman driving the ship. I hope they’ll be OK.
what, her unsmiling demeanor didn’t give it away?
[i]Clara had asked for a Playstation 4 for Christmas.
But she got blocks.
Blocks.
Then the invisible friends came…
