It would be nice if those suicide missions actually served any purpose. Why throw lives away if they don’t even slow the Borg down?

Oh, they know. It’s a well-known issue with Trek. Every time a woman drives, something bad happens. The ship crashes, it gets blown up, it ends up on the other end of the galaxy, etc. Deanna’s especially treacherous to put in charge. :eek:
That said, I think Shelby and Uhura are the only women not to cause disasters.
