Admiral Neychev lives on in novels…the most recent Star Trek New Frontier novel.
I don’t consider her a douchebag Admiral though. She’s my favorite Admiral.

It’s Draal!
I’m noticing that even Kira has the skin tight uniform…ala Seven of Nine and T’Pol. Listeen, I love a hot female body, but it’s so blatantly sexist. Star Trek fail again.
Draal? Who dat?
She’s a lot douchier in the last appearances. Even the ever-diplomatic Jean-Luc Picard had to make a special effort to be nice to her.
Minbari dude from Babylon 5
Ducat is immune to the Vulcan mind meld? WTF?
I used to to watch 3 mins of Babylon 5 each week cause my VCR would record long whenever I taped DS9. (But I’ve never seen more than that)
Doesn’t make any sense.
Tentacles away!
I highly recommend it. I know there was some bad blood between DS9 & B5 fans, but Majel herself appeared on an episode of B5 as a peace offering.
Hopefully I’ll get around to it
[ul]Some species are immune to Vulcan mind meld and can resist it, shielding their mind from the attempted probing, including Cardassians, who can achieve this thanks to their intense mental training since childhood. (DS9: “The Maquis, Part II”)[/ul]
No rush. It’s only been out for like 20 years.
“They obviously value their privacy.”
I love how they say that like it’s a crime.
In the 24th century, humanity has eliminate all bad things such as war, poverty, crime …and privacy.
There’s numerous TV series that are higher up on my list to watch
No Vulcan could ever be this illogical.
She must have some Romulan in her.
I think she may be part Kardashian
I’ve always liked that idea that the Federation was a sort of benevolent dictatorship.
I guess that’s Maquis thinking.
