Armin Shimerman is one of the few people to actually like this episode; “In its own cracked way, it’s an okay show. It was the first time the writers allowed Quark to get somewhat serious. As Quark, I was once again screwing up, but they had given me a wonderful, almost heroic speech. They allowed Quark to, if not be a hero, at least have aspirations of doing something heroic. It’s one of my favorite episodes.”
This episode was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series.
90s-hair-tastic!
I really don’t remember this episode.
As a child of the 80s, 80s hair was always odd. But 90s hair still feels oddly familiar and comforting to me (even if I recognize that it’s not so fabulous a style for 2011 lol)
“What was all that yelling?”
Reactions to Siddig’s poor acting.
“and if all else fails, just yell again doctor. we’ll find you”
hehe love sisko.
aw jake’s so little this season! cute!
(not as cute as alexander, who can cause tears of cute overload, but still pretty precious)
“You mean to look at the girls.”
I love Jake’s sly little smirk.
Falow stole Jadzia’s hairstyle.
I wonder whose individual achievement?
A spacestation adds more meaning to that. Not only checking out sexy human ladies, but sexy alien ladies.
So this is essentially space-Jumanji.
the 24th century likes its 3D games, doesn’t it.
(this game is creepy even though I know it’s just a game, but still)
Creepy little girl! RUN!!
Haven’t y’all seen any Horror films?
certain panels! that are marked on the ground… captain (or doctor?) obvious?
“But you didn’t say the rhyme.”
Everyone sing along!!
allamaraine, count to four…
“Choose their path! Double their peril, double your winnings!”
Choose wisely.
If they had, Sisko would have been worried.
“Allamaraine, count to four,
Allamaraine, then three more,
Allamaraine, if you can see,
Allamaraine, you’ll come with me…”
