Star Trek 1x15 Court Martial

/scotty on/ She’s dead in space! /scotty off/

and what time are we starting, anyway?

Blame Morgan Freeman and Jessica Tandy. The resurgence of “Driving Miss Daisy” in 2309 birthed an entire generation of female backseat drivers.

:frowning: I’m so sorry!!!

11:15 ? 11:20 maybe?

Craaap. That sucks.

I’m ready whenever. Half a Frak is better than none, especially if it’s the last half.

It was the '60s. There were probably only a handful of stuntmen in the entire studio.

I’ve been hoping to see a dark, gritty reimagined version of “Driving Miss Daisy”

I changed the plugs, checked the filters, whatever. No go. Good news is my car is available for the next 5 days… Going into the shop tomorrow.

That sucks large! :frowning: So sorry.

Kirk has Ray Davies in his back??

At least he can be with his bonnie Heather. She’s got her sheepskins on, and the boots he made her. :frowning:

Ruins all my plans. I was planning to steal your Highlander while you were out of town. :frowning:

The snowblower’s right behind it in the garage.

And none of them knew how to fight either? :stuck_out_tongue: I keed, I keed.

I think not. The snowblower is here:

I agree. Shat always threw a better punch, judo chop, and flying leg kick.

I hear RDM might have some free time coming up soon. :stuck_out_tongue:

Shouldn’t be a problem, as long as you live downhill from Topgun’s house.

so my Fashion report: there was lots of shiny fabrics all over again. I don’t get Kirk’s greenish shirt obsession, because I do not find it attractive. I actually quite liked the cut of the prosecutor’s dress, it was very flattering and not nearly as short as what most trelwomen are subjected to.

Aside from fashion concerns - interesting episode. Perhaps it’s because we just saw the Spock court martial last week but it felt too similar. I do like that the computer isn’t infallible (we know we have to be careful around those machines! ;)) and the ultimate reveal of Finney’s not-death. I found his daughter to be overdone and annoying. And we have a pre-Romo? I’m not sure what I think about that.

A solid episode but it doesn’t have the sparkle of some of the other ones.
