It wasn’t a dress, it was pants with weird crossed suspenders over her breasts. No support. Would not be comfortable to wear at all.
I’ve decided I’m not a fan of the TOS costume designers.
Otherwise, an interesting episode. I saw the end coming, but that didn’t make it less fun. What this episode needed, however, was more Spock. Can you imagine if he had been in Kirk’s position? That would have been awesome. And sexier. 
!!! Bill Theiss is a god! He was putting this stuff together in a week! (And when does ‘comfortable to wear’ enter into it?)
LOL Pike. Just because it was done quickly doesn’t mean it would be any more comfortable to wear.
