Spoilery Pic on Skiffy for next ep

I don’t think it’s weird, I think it’s a good idea… you’d have to do something formal to just leave the ship. However, I also agree that it’s prolly a funeral.

That’s not a bad notion, when you take into account the Skiffy preview (Adama and Tigh arguing)… despite the Chief’s best efforts, it’s doesn’t look like she’d survive another FTL jump, much less another battle with Cavil… especially after Boomer fraked with her.

However, that would really suck, if they just decommissioned her. If they treat Galactica like she’s Old Yeller, I’ll be a little pissed. The Old Girl’s not gonna make it much longer, but as heartbreaking as it would be (I’m thinking of Exodus), I’d really like to see her go out on her feet, in a fight.

Going with the generally pretty accurate “think of the worst possible thing that could happen, and that’s what will happen” approach to BSG predictions, maybe it’ll be a little bit of both: the old girl is falling apart around them, and once Adama finally makes the excruciating decision to let her go because they’ve determined there’s no way she’d make it in a battle against Cavil, Cavil will show up.

Or, it could be that Roslin isn’t dead yet, but she’s dying right along with Galactica. The two stories do have some telling parallels–infusions of Cylon materials bought both some extra time, but it’s not enough to heal them, and it will crush Adama to lose either.

What if it’s a funeral for people getting sucked out the hole in the ship’s hull?

The focus on Lee sure makes it seem like it’s a funeral for a long time President.
But those of us who remember some old spoilers know that we still need the scene with Laura in the “pond” at the market place back on Caprica. Surely a dream sequence in which “secrets” will be revealed.
Remember the ELosha visions that Roslin had. Galactica was empty, and she was dying? Premonition?

Soooo, Laura will go down with the ship.

IYKWIdon’t be gross.

Roslin and Adama will both go down with the ship?

How much difference a preposition makes.

Nice catch… I like it.

I’ve got it!

It is a funeral for the only person in the fleet that knew how to make Twinkies. That’s why Lee is showing so much emotion.

Algae Twinkies?

I think that might be something to cry about…
