Spoiler: Official Halo 3 Story Discussion

Oh my lords, that was amazing! Does the guy go at this speed every time?

YES! Yes he does. go to Escapistmagazine.com and search Zero Punctuation and you will find other reviews/vids he has done which are all pretty darn funny. He has only been doing them i think maybe like 2 months.

That’s the funniest reveiw I think I’ve ever seen!

pay attention to the marine voice credits, you should see two VERY familiar names

Hey y’all, as one who has never played the game and doesn’t know the story, I don’t know if this is redundant:

But a message popped up saying “Halo movie part 2”. Thought this might be of interest.

My next door neighbor in my dorm at school got halo3 soon after it came out and we have been repeatedly beating and rebeating it on heroic and legendary. In the last few days we finished collecting all the skulls, and tonight we beat the game on legendary with i think four skulls turned on. After watching the first end scene (the one with the arbiter) and the credits and the one with the chief and cortana we were all set to go to bed when we realized, the cinematic was not over. THERE IS MORE!!!

SPOILER ALERT**

you see the aft half of Forward Unto Dawn drifting in space as the camera slowly pulls back. Then you see the dark half of a planet and what appears to be a blue star rising (I was half expecting to hear all along the watchtower). The blue star barely illuminates the surface and you can make out what looks to me like a planet sized city, a la coruscant. I have a few theories, it could be a precursor planet (the race that came before the forerunners) or it might be another forerunner planet or something completely different. Keep in mind that the Dawn was really far out there, a few hundred light year from the milky way galaxy, so it could also be something completely different, perhaps from another galaxy, like Andromeda. Any thoughts?

I’m not a videogame guy, but here’s what McSweeny’s has to say about the Halo:

“Halo 3 Cheat Codes, by a Neglected Girlfriend.”
