Sneakers Frak Party 12/15 @ 10 PM ET

THis movie came out in 1992. TCP/IP has been around for a very long time, but most of the aforementioned systems like the federal reserve or the NTSB wouldn’t be on public IP. I bet they still aren’t.

“I really enjoyed sleeping with all you guys, take care.”

She’s naughty. I like her.

And not to pick on THE MAN, but slamming the cylinder home isn’t good for the mechanism.

IYKWIM

sorry, had to

This movie made me almost pick up a cheap-ass Ghia. Almost.

Jinx. We all drink.

Yup… he’s unknowingly talking about the NSA sweetheart agent Mary he meets later.

Love that he has a phone in the s— Ghia. Rock.

“She’s uh… She’s old.” Heh.

Hey all, this absolutely KILLS me because this is probably my favorite movie, ever. But I have to finish a bit of work and submit final grades to the online server before the deadline. I’ll try to get back asap and join you for the rest of the movie.

Until then, I have one question I’ve always wondered about this movie:

When Marty’s in the limo with Gregor and the car with flashing lights pulls up behind them, Gregor says something about “Your FBI is such a pain in the ^^^”

When the guy walks up to the limo, he says “FBI.” (Even though we know he’s not.) But how did Gregor know to call them “FBI” when it was just a nondescript black car?

New cool plate option: 2CQN654

Bonus points: On a s—y Ghia.

I’ve always loved Ghias

Love the concert. How come I never get invited to cool s— like this?

(Armando, you listening?)

By default. He’s an ex-Soviet spy. The only law enforcement who ever hassles or follows around ex-spys and diplomats are the FBI.

Good night, Audra.

Gregor’s girlfriend at the concert = very hot.

Common Cold War movie conceit – any spy who’s still alive can spot another spy – or Federal agent – at a glance.

DBT: Gotta kill the comma splice in your kick-ass sig. “Give him help in this lonely world. Be a beacon.”

“You won’t know… who to trust.”

That much is true.

Thanks! I put it together in 30 seconds from memory, so I knew I was somehow butchering that quote.

Man, Buddy’s on with that pistol whip. Think he practices?

The trunk scene always fascinated me. How he could recreate that from memory.
