It looked like the flag was higher than the flag pole. I must have missed something.
So Clark will save Lois but she will loose consciousness…he will also bang up the DA and make sure his follies will be found out.
I think there were two flag poles…on up top where it should be. then the convient one that was right where the bad guys would toss Lois over the edge…you know without checking that she fell all the way down.
