Bah I was so tempted to skip work today and watch on-line.

The after-frak party sounds fun, but I’ve never used talkshoe before… How exactly does it all work?
Oh, it is easy. Just set up an account and go to the site a few minutes before the start time to log in and if you have a mic we unmute everyone so feel free to chat with us or you can do as I have to do since I dont have a mic is that I log into the chat room and I call in on my cell phone.

All seems quiet on my front in Las Vegas. Without Internet connectivity for a chunk of the day, streaming was out of the question. That we were trying out equipment for filming a piece on the digital television transition took up quite a bit of time too.
A little under four hours to go until the episode. I look forward to seeing folks in the Pacific thread and the Pacific conference call.

Does TiVo still do that nifty 30 sec commercial skip? I knew the 1st gen did, but did they eliminate that with new models or firmware upgrades?
33 min and counting… sure I played it 7x from my PC all day while I worked but dammit I am watching it again!
(I couldn’t quite get it full screen anyway… pesky scifi streams)
