Also, the episodes of BSG that are being submitted for Emmy consideration have been posted, and “Sine Qua Non” is the episode that’s being submitted for EJO as Best Actor and Michael Hogan and Jamie Bamber as Best Supporting Actor. So that means 1) it’s likely to be a pretty excellent episode and 2) it’s likely a Fleet-centric episode; my guess is we may not even go over to the Colonials trapped on the rogue basestar until the following episode, which would be okay with me–build up the tension and all.

The UK airing is apparently only a couple of hours away (I say apparently, because I’m trusting Sky’s tv guide one bit until the episode actually starts). Unfortuantly my electricty has failed at the moment (my laptop has a couple of hours of charge in it that’s how I’m online). It better be back on for later.
So has it actually aired in the UK yet? I think by delaying it by one week Scifi is only encouraging bit torrent use. I doubt any of the North American fan base will miss the Ghost Hunters commercials.
Yep, just finished watching it. It’s the first time I’ve watched BSG with ads in a long time. It’s nice getting it early, well last Friday would have been nice but this is the next best thing. Seems to be a new ep next tusday as well. Guess Sky is ahead until the end.
Insofar as I can tell from the sky website and my time zone calculations (always precarious) it should have just finished (it was supposed to be on at 9 there? and now its a little after 10?)
So now we all shall flock to the aptly named Itbay Orrentay. Take that, SciFi!
Edit: and someone who is actually over on that side of the ocean testified to it! awesome Magnus! (Except for the whole I haven’t seen it yet part.)
