my first question was- if kara goes off with her ship- how will she find the fleet again…this seems rather iffy…even if she knows the fleet’s course…

I will admit, I like her character, though less and less as the series progressed. When she was laying it out for Adama, and was all bitter and sad, then afterwards, starts to cry…

Well, I would have to say, that if #1 meant first humanoid cylon after grandpa goo, he would indeed be the closest. The first thing #1 does upon rising up out of the goo is find a mirror…the rest is history…
I feel bad for what she is going through, but I am not necessarily sympathetic to the decisions she makes. However, I can definitely see where she is coming from, like with starbuck.
i feel bad for roslyn as well, that she is dying…but i feel like she is blinded to what is going on from her illness, her assumed role as dying leader, and her need to protect the fleet…at all costs
can’t wait to see her reaction next week…

No WAY!!! I think they must have some kind of anti-attraction to each other programming. Otherwise, wouldn’t there have been like cylon orgies on basestars with all of them exploring their sexuality? They barely seem to like each other, let alone have the hots - and let’s face it, the female skin jobs are hot, the male skinjobs should be all over that.
I concur. Before the season started, I said one of the things I’d really like to see happen was for Roslin to be put in a situation where she’d have to start questioning whether or not she’s really the Dying Leader. Not only is it making for good drama, but I have a tiny bit of hope that maybe not having that Dying Leader authority to fall back on will lead her back to the way she was in Season 1 and make her a better leader in the end.
I totaly buy that. Not to get to graphic here, but when we have seen eights do naked tai chi before, they are compleatly nude - this eight was not compleatly nude. Perhapse that becuase its Boomer and she has some residual human shyness about fully naked tai chi.
