Maybe Kara is the 13th Cylon. I’ve always believed there was one, and maybe she is it.

Maybe she was travelling old-style Faster-than-light with the Theory of Relativity intact, as opposed to Science Fiction Faster Than Light, with its pop technology 
Specifically, she only experienced 6 hours while Galactica experienced two months, and both are accurate If we consider the maelstrom a wormhole, this all fits in perfectly.

For all the references to the Cylon sole deity, I would more imagine that she is either that deity resurrected [i]OR[/i] that is a being taking the form of Starbuck that we see.
