I think one weird thing is that Starbuck doesn’t seem herself. She doesn’t seem as upset, as weirded out, as I would expect in her situation. She seems a little too relaxed, like she really does know what’s up and is playing along. I might be wrong, but it just seems like she’s not the normal crazy Starbuck.

She is a lot more serene - which is SCARY.

But are they trying to show us that she isn’t Starbuck anymore. That she was changed by the experience

It was probably her brain reacting to the ‘feeling’ she was having after each jump when she felt the memory of the location of earth fading.

Good question. The only time I remember seeing something like that is in the miniseries when brand-new-president Roslin took a seat and the camera did a push-pull as they jumped.

I’ve always wondered if they can or can’t feel the jump. We’ve seen different things here and there. Some people like the marines don’t even seem to notice.

Ok, I’m going on record here with the feeling I’ve had all along and probably said at some point before.

Starbuck is not one of the final five. I guessed that when she got on deck she’d have no concept of the time that’d passed. She’s not a Cylon. Just sayin.

I agree. Besides I think it’s a better story that she’s not.
