Reign of Fire 10/10 @ 10 PM ET

The priest just dual-classed to warrior. You saw that axe?!

That was a lot better than I expected it to be, I am glad I finally watched it!

Long time ago. And, only once. Forgotten about it after all the anime I’ve seen.

Or, maybe I watched it before bed. Either way… The only thing I remembered was the Star Wars recreation. d:

So ‘The Neverending story’ is next? It has a luck Dragon in it!

After two dragon movies in a row, I’m a little dragoned out.

Great frakkin’ movie. What I really love is that it tries to explain them semi-scientifically, without magic. It’s really more sci-fi than fantasy, which is fairly unique for a story about dragons.

We could do the Escaflowne movie! d:

Yeah, I considered that. I think we’ll schedule it the Sunday after How to Train Your Dragon.

We’ve only just begun.

I think Godzilla was done without magic. But, yeah. You’re right.

And I had never heard of Dragons feeding on ashes before, that was a new one on me. I guess it explains why they would go around burning everything…

It would explain why they go around burning virgins instead of just eating them. Pure ass…I mean ash.

Godzilla’s not a dragon. He’s a mutated dinosaur.

Tell that to the Japanese? d:

I kinda wanna do that for real now… ):

That’s always been his origin story. He’s a big anti-nuke propaganda dinosaur.

From Wikipedia:
[ul]
[li]Although his origins vary somewhat from film to film, he is always described as a prehistoric creature, who first appeared and attacked Japan at the beginning of the Atomic Age. In particular, mutation due to atomic radiation is presented as an explanation for his size and powers. The most notable of Godzilla’s resulting abilities is his atomic breath: a powerful heat ray of fire from his mouth.

Alright, you got me.

Chalk another one up to us bombing them.

Edit: That didn’t come out quite right…
