I had my 27" Sony for 13.
I had a 27" Sony too! I loved that TV, it was before all these huge flat screens were around. Great picture.

It was an awesome picture and I wanted to keep it downstairs for my daughters. BUT when I picked it up to move it something went crack. That crack continued until all that was left were shards of plastic and a giant picture tube. I was sad. I loved that TV.
At the moment I have my eye on a Samsung LE40A656. Anyone have any opinions? The reviews I’ve found seem positve.
Also can anyone recommend a wall mount for an LCD of around 40". I really could do with both up and down (maybe around 20 degrees or more) and left to right tilt (45 degrees if possible, or as close to it as possible).
