What happened to my dialog?

You call them bad guys eh?

there was none.

I suppose if he survives he will marry that young girl…

Pabbit. Like Tenchi’s Cabbit.

I had similar thoughts when I first watched.

What qualifies for bad guys, everyone believes they are doing the right thing based upon what little they know.

But you do not realize it until the story unfolds further.

Still think they are the bad guys?

At this stage, Balsa is a bad guy too by that definition.

“And I…thought they smelled bad on th outside…”

She can rub salve on me anytime…

And they cut it off just as she gets started… BASTARDS!

I was just thinking how cruel it is to you to stop here. Wanna frak the next ep now or wait?

That would be cool, yeah!

I don’t think this series has true bad guys except the egg eater.

Similar to Quarritch from Avatar (the movie). I don’t think he was a bad guy until the very end when he decided to fight out of spite.

Start at :30?

To continue my point, this series has protagonists and antagonists, but the antagonists are just that. People who are against the protagonists. Not really bad guys. Just have different views of what right.

Btw, what did you think of my ACC suggestion?

OK, 1:30.

The key to creating a well rounded bad guy is to not have him do anything for an EVIL reason. No one who does anything bad ever THINKS they doing something bad, they are either misguided. Not told the whole story or lyied to or forced into a unforgiving postion. It makes them more sympathetic, and the reader/viewer can empathize with them. And it makes them more believable too.

ACC?..

I agree with you on that. But, at this stage given what both sides know, both sides could be bad guys. Neither side really knows how to prevent the drought or save Chagum.
