I’m way behind the rest of you guys, but out of curiosity is the level where they’re all in the first class section of the airplane a dream of Cobb’s?
The sheer complexity of this part of the plot is stunning.
I have Goosebumps!!
Third time watching & still getting goosebumps.
My issue: Wouldn’t Fisher recognize the people on this plane from his dreams?
The speed on the token was decreasing and would stop. Ergo the last part was no dream IMO.
Great plot and character driven movie.
Totally deserved to be awake between 3am to 5:30. thanks all and I’ll try to sleep now til the sun is up high.
sweet dreams
Chalk it up to his subconscious adding elements from his surroundings.
I don’t buy it. He’s been in a dream the whole time. Mal will be back to try and get him out again.
Alright everyone, I’ve had very little sleep so I bid goodnight to you all and SWEET DREAMS!
Not, if only the idea that was implanted into his mind was the only thing he With all the sedatives and such. “remembers” from the dream. As far as we know Fisher thinks he didn’'t dream at all. Or PR = Plot Requires.
Dark Knight sucked.
Don’t need a Titanic 2 type of movie.
He’s not wearing his wedding ring, because in the real world, he knows his wife is dead. Therefore, it’s all real.
Of course, there’s still a problem.
Oh I agree. This film doesn’t need a sequel yet I think there will be one. I might be wrong about that, though. Anyhoo, IMO I think he has been home and gone through this all before. He keeps reliving it and can’t escape. He’s so entrenched. I only base that on the beginning at the end with Saito.
I guess it would depend on whom you ask. Personally, I think that’s reality.
All part of the illusion. If you lie man, you gotta believe it lie

Of course, he could have just had Alfred bring his kids to him and save a lot of trouble for everyone.
