Once again, you pull the thoughts right out of my mind. 
How are the ratings for this show anyhow? I heard the ratings for LOST are dropping, which I think stinks since this season has been pretty cool. That being said, I think I understand why LOST is suffering. Itâs complex and relies on prior viewingâŚin fact all these shows do including BSG.
Where has episodic TV gone?
It still exists, just not in sci fi or fantasy right now.
Occasionally, Smallville and Supernatural have MOTW eps, but even they tend toward the long arcs.
