I swore off the show, and then I read somewhere that Worf’s in it. So I had to, despite the fact that I knew it was going to piss me off. Anyway, I just watched the episode after not watching for months, and -
BLECH! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE! I HATE YOU!
Watching this show is like fingernails on a chalkboard. Either the writers have gotten way in over their heads that they’re awesome, or they’re just plain lazy. And one thing I hate about TV writing - LAZINESS. Plotholes the size of Erf, and no likeable characters to distract one away from the those giant writing frak-ups. And I now can say I hate pretty much the ENTIRE cast (well, except for Worf, but he doesn’t count…yet.? Is he going to be a recurring character next year? Bummer.); even Noah! I mean, how did they ruin the one redeeming character on the show? And Sylar. What a frakkin’ mess. Just kill him already. I’m sick and tired of his ‘I’m good, no, I’m evil, no, I want my mommy, no, I want my daddy’ shtick. And please take out Claire and Peter and Nathan too. Actually, just take out the entire cast. I feel like the Hulk when I watch this show. Me Angry.
It’s weird how much I really do detest this show now when I think about how much I enjoyed it in season 1.
Season two was a snoozer, but season 3 so far?(or at least, the few episodes that I did watch) Makes me want to physically punch the bejesus out of Tim Kring. The show SUCKS. This show is far inferior to comics, and I HATE that it’s giving the genre such a crappy name. Superheroes? Good. Heroes the show? Finger down my throat goddamn awful.
Which makes me even more annoyed that they can score awesome guest stars like Worf and Sulu in it. They’re so much better than this. Not to mention Fuller who’s coming back to the show. He’s so much better than this.
Oh, and Sulu’s power? Bread slicer samurai. By far the least irritating thing on the show.
I agree about all the characters sucking with one exception. I really like Matt Parkman. He’s the only character that you can really count on right now.

Glad to know I’m not the only one whose blood boils upon watching quite possibly the biggest group of plain idiots who happen to possess powers that they don’t deserve destroy world again and again for no real good reason as well as any chance of a better storyline next year which I suppose can’t possibly happen with all these lazy writers anyway.

Very true. He was easily one of the most likeable characters on the show. Now he’s a big evil crapbag. He went from caring about knowledge for its own sake to using science to save his own ass. At this point, he’s completely irredeemable. :mad:
