That’s the mistake all the reviewers missed. They walked into the NAS museum in DC, and transported to VA, before the entire building was transported to Arizona.
If I go to a movie to see Giant Robots, I’ll suspend my disbelief about Giant robots. But asking me to ALSO suspend my disbelief about a wacky college campus in the same movie is one step too far!
It was a two-room dorm shared by four guys. I suspect that’s not uncommon, since that was becoming the norm by the time I left college. It was hard to tell, but there should be a larger common room between the two sleeping areas.
Yeah a friend of mine that goes to Penn State lives in a setup like that

Her favorite comics is Fathom, Witch Blade and Gen13…
Just want to say, I have really enjoyed this Transformers arc.
This is another example of being introduced to an area I was unfamiliar with. Thanks for the info, laughs and fun! 
My final comment on this movie would be-
If the twins had been replaced by a more huminoid looking ARCEE during the ‘Quest for the Matrix’ segment of the film, it would have been even MORE awesome. The twins were overused and I would have loved seeing Arcee and Megan interact and bond during the journey.
And I would have enjoyed watching Arcee kick Wheelie off of Megans leg too!
My wife and I worked out how Arcee should have been used in the movie:
Arcee and Mikala become fast friends after she arrives on Earth. Bumblebee also has a bit of thing for Arcee. Sam and Bumblebee, while doing something important get stuck in a tough situation only to be saved by Mikala and Arcee, at which point Arcee makes a cliche joke about how the women have to save the guys.
And they say fans shouldn’t write for shows. That woulda be awesome!
