Here’s the segment of the Daily Show that Audra was talking about. The dancing begins around 2:54, but I’d just watch it all the way though, unless you’re British or Italian and you don’t enjoy watching your leaders botching the relatively trivial task of giving a congratulations. I don’t know about the Italians, but that means the brits will be e-mailing it to all their friends.

I misspoke on the Circle Jerks tidbit: In Repo Man, the CJs’ Zander Schloss plays Emilio Estevez’s friend, not Greg Hetson. But the entire group appear as the lounge band. So technically, Hetson is – as they say on the streets – up in the piece. But it’s been a while since the subject of C.J.s came up on GWC, so it’s a pleasure to help keep the discussion into the gutter. Especially after all the talk of sheeping.

Just to make it clear: At the end, when I rapidly devolve and misidentify “concondomicifation” (sic) as onomatopoeia, it was a cheap excuse to say “pee-ah.” I was being a dumbass, not being stupid.
Also, the story about Chuck & Audra’s Men In Black/Raamen Noddles Christmas was awesome. Give it a B-story, and it could make a cool Xmas special. Seriously. End it with some variation of the last line from Xmas story: “And all was right with the world.” I herby nominate that for the highlight reel.
