Definitely not the only one.
After seeing what turned out to be an epic, thrilling, intense, moving, lyrical, beautiful finale, I wish I’d gotten to see it with my GWC friends. Still, what a moving ending that was. I hope the crowd in Frisco had as good a time as I did with my wife in our darkened living room (well, my old roommate Chuck was virtually in the room too, via text messaging).
I have much to say, but I’m tired and need to hit the hay.
I’m getting ready to check out of the hotel and wanted to post a quick message to all who attended:
It was a great pleasure to meet everyone, though I don’t think I managed to meet all who attended. It’s been a great weekend spent with what feels like old friends after 2+ years of my being on the blog and forum.
Many, many thanks to Sean, Audra and Chuck for all they did to make this fantastic meetup happen and all of the activities they had planned to keep up a very hospitable and social gathering for us.
I hope everyone traveling home today and tomorrow has a safe journey. I look forward to seeing you all again at next year’s meetup (NOT In Peoria Audra cause Sean’s right it sucks)!!

Am home and it’s soooo quiet. I had one of the best weekends I’ve ever had in my life. To those who couldn’t make it, please know that you were thought of often- really.
