Groundhog Day 2/2 @ 10 PM ET

I’ll try but I already got one from Facebook. Someone wants me to do the 25 things about me thing.

So, like any good movie, the plot of this movie puts the hero into a situation that’s very difficult to get out off.
But what’s so cool about this movie is that the audience is drilled with the idea that the day is gonna repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat and there’s no way out.

As result, the payoff when he finally does break out of the cycle, it like better than Indianna Jones getting the Ark or Neo defeating Agent Smith or Luke destroying the Death Star.

Those things were EASY compared to this.

No, but …I’m sure there’s something in that movie too.
Love of Chainsaws maybe?

Deadline for completion of this assignment is Ground Hog day 2010.
So, take your time.

methinks, Carnage.

“When over 9000 posts you have, look as good you will not.”

And then, you stopped and said “Computer Freeze Program”.
And then left the holodeck to go back to the bridge.

lol…

O. M. G. !!! We should totally do that on the forum! Totally! :stuck_out_tongue:

phew That’s a lenient deadline.

Yeah. It was kinda a surreal moment.

You jokes makes me giggle!

Douglas Adams (who was terrible deadline-wise) said once: “I love deadlines. I love the ‘whooshing’ sound they make when the fly past me.”

So, do you want to know specifics? Because I’m fairly sure, at least at first, I’d be doing things like the beginning of the movie, with all the debauchery, gluttony, violence, and general mayhem.

Yes.

Then my work here is done. Good night frakkers. Hope to see you all for Trek Tuesday!

Nite nite Le Badge.

Yeah me too. I could have a lotta fun with a city of millions.

Nite Badger. See ya tomorrow for some Salt Vampire love. Bring the chips.

Come to think of it. I wonder if my wife remembers. That would be awkward…

Hey! No fair. You’ve got a city of millions. I’ve got a small town of 8,000.:frowning:
