“You rode a horse once. Could you build one with spare parts?”
And… “Temptation” begins. IYKWIM.
I’m here…
“You rode a horse once. Could you build one from spare parts?”
I <3 Lexington.
Demona has a nice silhouette.
I love when episodes get the tie-in toy plug out of the way first thing. The bike gets trashed in the first five minutes, but those toys were on the shelves for years.
There are all sorts of storylines that are set up right from the start. People who make cartoons tend to underestimate children, IMO. Look at Doctor Who: It’s essentially made for kids, but the storylines are just as complex (if not more) than almost anything else out there.
“It’s a monster… Let’s get it!”
“Come. Let me show you what mankind is really like.”
For some reason, that strikes me as very Ghost of Christmas Past.
That may be the only time an occupied bodybag appears in a Disney cartoon.
Wow, chalk outline in a Disney series?
Yes! I watched this episode a lot as a kid, as it was always in reruns. The little vignettes are interesting for a “kid’s show,” especially the murder scene.
Twin Towers.
Demona knows about their run in with the Pack from the last episode. How, you ask? How indeed.
Yep. They even almost get blown up in Season Two. I’m not joking.
“Sine dubio instantatum.”
That Latin is a bit suspect, methinks.
Greek accent. d:
Was that howl Demona?
Think so…
So she forced him to act with free will?
That’ll keep the philosophers busy.
