By now you know that she’s angry at Ned that he betrayed her with getting a son which is not from her and when she sees Snow it always remembers her of that.
He’s not her kid. Ned is raising his bastard in his household. That’s a very unusual arrangement, even for Westeros.
I wonder of that promised talk between Jon and Ned ever took place in the books.
