Sounds like a heat problem. Probably need to vacuum out the fans and air intakes.

There can be pretty significant heat inside the box, especially if air flow isn’t ideal. Not to say that it couldn’t be something else, but heat’s the usual problem with mysterious shutdowns. Or there could be a bad connection somewhere. Reseating memory chips, video card, etc., could help.
