Eddie Izzard: Unrepeatable 12/3 @ 11 PM

You chose… wisely.

That was Lady’s creation.

This almost sounds like he has a laugh track. Not fond of the heavy audience audio.

guilty–tried it out once or twice, but sounded vaguely like an insult

It’s a small relatively small venue, but absolutely packed with people. Microphone close to the audience, and a lot of reverberation.

before he was big enough to warrant good audio :frowning:

Ah… Poofy and Debit… vaguely insulting, kinda funny, and all a thing of a past. We have matured beyond that, it seems.

bad audio makes accent less decipherable

Made from free range fruit… allowed to casually chat with chicken.

don’t care for the boy toy hair

volunteer fruit

You also notice this is the first of the Eddie shows that is hand-miked, as opposed to body-miked. This is the oldest show we’ve seen together so far. You think this is audio here is poor… try “Live at Ambassador”. I have no idea what he’s saying half the time.

More or less.

I just thought I had a poor rip. There’s a high-pitched whine that’s really unpleasant.

I do see what you meant about the experimental stuff, though.

wow. I’m really looking forward to seeing THAT one

Oh, this is not the experimental one I was talking about… Here, he’s kinda trying to figure out his style, because the one before this, “Live at Ambassador”, he’s really rough around the edges and all over the place. Here, he figures out the styles he wants to pursue, and by the time he gets to Dress to Kill, he is extremely polished. After that, he starts to play around with different style, and by the time he gets to Sexie, he just seems psychotic. Really far out there.

thot of you today Mr B–read a story to my class with a bullying badger in it (badger reminded me, not bully:))

Badgers have it rough. We at Badger Liberation Front will continue to fight their rights, until we stop bullying them.

Was it the Grumpy Badger?

But poking them with spoons is so much fun!
