This ep had The Island in it, The Matrix, BSG–and none of it seemed derrivative. Fox is nuts to axe it. It deals with the hard questions of human existence–guess that doesn’t matter anymore …
Dare I say I like this better than BSG? I think I do. No boxing or trips to the attic for me, please.

It occurred to me this morning that the ending shot with everyone together has to be the first time Dollhouse showed nearly all of the regulars with their original personalities. Except Ballard and Echo, and missing Whiskey/Saunders (but she’s in the preview). Kind of a Hero shot.
I don’t think Summer is Clyde 2.0. I’m thinking he’s her boss. The one Adel put the nutcracker move on. Or, maybe Harding.

Just watched this on Sunday night and then read this thread. I think Alpha is CLyde 2.0 and he erased Caroline b/c she saw something (as they said). He may have fallen 'in love" or “in obsession” with Echo, but Caroline was a surgical strike. But, he may have created his own worst enemy by dumping all the personas into Echo.
