OK, that was creepy.
“Hey there, cute little boy without adult supervision, let me take your picture. Do you like movies about gladiators?”

My wife swears she saw a UFO when she was 11.
I don’t believe her. Yep. I don’t believe in UFOs. I’m a skeptic.
She finds it so hard to believe that I could be such a geek and not believe in UFOs.
Here is my standard response to her, “I love you and I believe you saw something. I just don’t know if it was aliens or UFOs.”
She
Stop and be Friendly!!! Thats great
That guy controlling the tape looks way too happy.
I have forgotten so much about this movie. Like the group singing thing
François Truffaut is a notable director in his own right. I’ve only seen one of his films, Fahrenheit 451
Spielberg has a great camera sense. I guess thats why he is the one of if not the best living directors
John Williams is amazing too. How many themes has he created that everyone remembers
Think about it. These are extraordinary circumstances.
I was waiting on line at the bank one day and was humming that. I didn’t even realize it. The woman in front of me turned around and said, “I know that. Where is that from?” I was a little dazed and didn’t realize what she was talking about. I asked her and she started humming it, then another person, and another joined in. We’re all standing there trying to figure out what it was when someone said, “Close Encounters!!”
Those were quiet helicopters…
“…and then an entirely new set of numbers.”
Shut up, nerd!
Thats kinda creepy and awesome all at the same time
Damn kind learn to play the xylophone…The aliens will probe you if you dont do it right.
I’ve seen green flashing lights in the sky twice. One of them, I found out later, was a confirmed meteor seen across half of Maryland. I assume that the other was another meteor of the same kind.
That said, I believe in the possibility. I just imagine what our current level of technology would appear like to cavemen. It seems unlikely that humans are the only intelligent life in the universe. Logically, there would have to be some that are less advanced than we are, and there would have to be some that are more advanced. As Stephen Hawking so (in)famously said recently, if they could manage to get here, then they’re significantly more advanced than we are.
Cool!
“That’s a $2500 globe…”
Oops.
Why would anyone pay that much for a globe?
Is it made of gold?
Hey its like Signs only less pretentious
I keep waiting for that kid to say, “They’re here…” But, that’s another movie. d:
The mother’s actions never made sense to me. Did she really think that closing the doors and windows could keep out aliens?
