Claude Rains (the Police Prefect) is awesome in this. Walking that thin line between being a Nazi kiss-*ss and holding onto his self respect.

I went a long time where I’d watch this every Sunday morning with breakfast. I guess you could say I like this movie a bit. 
Bogart is quintessential cool in this movie. Has all the bases covered in his little corner of the world. For now.
