Hal’a’tha as non-political? I sympathize with Sam, though, especially if the rebels are what is implied. Tauron, without the home planet, or the people on it? Interesting thought.

I do like the montage. It reminds me of the end of Escape Velocity with Baltar’s speech about God loving only that which is perfect with the cuts to the different Final Five characters.

Yeah though there’s any number of things in that speech that could have been true, half-true… and has a nice parallel with Daniel’s frustrations with AvatarAmanda not seeing through his own half-truths.

Covet is a huge sin for me but that’s not why I hate that guy. It’s the flaunting. It’s also why I hate Award shows. All those “royal” celebrities…ugh…don’t get me started.
Even with all his chastising of Josef, Sam is idealistic and a romantic. He is going to fall hard. With his Cylon buddy, it ain’t gonna be pretty.
I just want to clarify this.
I mean. I get it. She is the vulnerable character. I just think it would have worked better if it came from an older character. But it appears Clarice is the eldest woman in that household. I think one of the husbands is older but then the warnings would have been too paternal. It just seem very typical for me and this show is usually anything but.
What can I say? They’re monotheists. You know they get.
