On the contrary, I think Tigh likes Starbuck a lot, she’s one of the few who wont’ let him get away with anything, I think he respects her for that a lot. What they don’t like about each other is their similarities.

I don’t think so. I think Tigh can dislike Starbuck, but not wish her ill.

Agreed. He’s got to respect her on some level, even if he can’t admit it to himself.

Agreed. I don’t think he actively dislikes HER, but he doesn’t like her actions and attitudes very much. I think as a career military man, he sees her as disrespecting the order and tradition that he has built his life around, but also sees her as a formidable pilot. He sees her potential, and has a hard time dealing with her disregard for the rules.
