You know, I used to think Tyrol find out Tori killed Cally was going to be a big deal… but other than the initial shock, what does he have to be pissed about?

I need to rewatch to get it all, but I think that it was well-paced and left me literally salivating for more. I liked it but wouldn’t put it on my top 12 list.

I think he’ll be righteously angry, cause he’s wired that way, but won’t truly hate her. A lot of yelling and screaming, then the camera cuts to them crawling out of the chief’s cot.

Her list of friends would seem to consist of Ellen and…hmm… Tigh will be conflicted - saved wife, but tried to kill best friend a while back - and then there’s Tyrol who seems to still have feelings for her, but will be massively conflicted. And that’s assuming he doesn’t rediscover his feelings for Tory.
Helo’s reaction will be interesting, but he’ll be an adult in the end. They were crew mates waaaay back in the mini-series, even if she was programmed. Athena could be interesting cause Helo thought she, Athena, was Boomer when they got together. Then there’s the incedent in Eye of Jupiter/Rapture.
Athena ALWAYS knew that she wasn’t Boomer? She just had Boomer’s personality in order to make her be able to get some Helo lovin?

Yes, the Cally plotline thing got real soapy. I don’t like any of it because Cally was awesome before they turned her into a cabbage-stink shrew, and then is revealed to have had an affair on top of that. And then she was killed as the first to get culled in time for the “real” characters to experience the finale. I know Cally was supposed to be a bit character, but she got shafted.
And Tyrol went from a likeable hard-working guy to a complete whiner with psychotic tendencies to I don’t even know what now.
I think seeing Gaelon again will be just the thing that Boomer needs to realign her with her “sisters” and maybe a pass from Admiral Adama won’t hurt her any.
I know that ALL the characters are not going to achieve closure by the end of the series, but SOME of them have to…I hope… so say we all…
I’m not going to lie, as cheesy and perhaps irrelevant to the ongoing plot as it is, I will be annoyed if they skipped past the Chief/Boomer reunion.

I wonder how Athena would react to seeing Boomer, and vice versa. Have we seen them in a scene together in the past?
Gods I hope so. She is hopeless without him.
Just for clarification, Ron Moore has given a time line on Cally’s pregnancy. She did not cheat on Tyrol, he asked her to marry him out of the blue, she didn’t know she was pregnant yet. They got married, she found out she was pregnant& did a DNA test. She slept with Hot Dog BEFORE her & Tyrol got serious.
Oh my yes.
Remember it was Boomer who let the cat out that Roslin faked Hera’s death and that she was on the cylon basestar, sick? If that wasn’t bad enough, Boomer nearly snapped Hera’s neck after Athena killed herself to go rescue Hera.
If anything, I’m betting there’s going to be some tense, silent staring going on at that meeting.
Can’t wait to see what happens. I’m rooting for Boomer & the Chief.
