a snippet to illustrate why I love this show (haven’t we all had this conversation?)
I’ve only seen a couple of episodes but I thought it was pretty good.
It has been aired periodically over here, on for a couple of episodes, cancelled, 6 months later its on again and then cancelled after an episode.

I totally understand what you are saying it caame out at a time when the Writers Strike haappened. that messed up the first season. in turn that made the 2nd season was bought in 2 parts. please try to stay with it, I truely believe you will like it. I’ve got 5 people in to the show this week alone.

I love this show, it does over do the geek thing a little, but there’s still way too much of myself that I see in the character. At least I work as an engineer, not a physicist. I only studied as a physicist…

That episode was great I really loved it.
Talk about a priceless gift (for him at least). His whole price range gifts failed him 
Love this show I discovered it because I was watching How I met your mother and saw that Kaley Coucco (or something like that) was in the show just before. TVOed it and loved it ever since.
They are quite a bit exaggerated but you can see some features in friends and family.
What’s nice too is that they are not in the stupid high school context were they get laugh at or punched by the football team. I’m so tired of that.

Exactly. It would make my viewing life much easier if the episodes were online, since the show has conflicted with Chuck and now House. But thanks to Netflix, I’m working my way through season 1 and I think it’s hilarious! I wish the guys across the hall were Halo-playing, Star Trek-watching geeks instead of rowdy frat boys who litter the front lawn with empty beer cans.
I am a huge fan of this show (something about geek boys and me I guess). The hubby likes it too. I do have something of a crush on Sheldon.
Everyone loves Sheldon. we watch all of season 1 last night at work, tonight it was Season 2. I got 4 new people into the show. the killer robot was so cool. anyone know what happened to lenoards girl friend, that Doctor.

Thats funny, since I got the guys at work in to it, every day they ask if there is any new eps. and ask how did I miss out on this great show for so long.

Last Nights Episode was great. I love how Leonard laid it penny. “You had a Year and Half to make this US.” More Sheldon acting his bad self as usual, but I’m still freaked out by Howard being with any woman, it’s just so odd.
