Wait. It’s a bottomless pit, but she went straight to the bottom?
Curiouser and curiouser.

“Sharp tactics.”
Um…ok.
WHat the craaap! The link is playing the last episode again.
BAtman is still fighting the tiger.
Alright I think I got it. I clicked on Part II and the Batmobile just got a flat…well for about a second. That Batman, always prepared.
Elsa, let go of the Grail!
Oh, sorry. I should have checked them better.
Are you back on track now?
I guess that’s the bottomless pit you were talking about.
She chose… poorly.
Assuming you can ever really have such a thing as a “bottomless” pit on a globe.
Oh. The last part was only a wee bit.
Human arrogance. It’s only cuz we can’t see the bottom, it must be bottomless.
I think that site limits video to ~20 minutes, so they had to split them weirdly.
Watching these as a child, I never caught the over-the-top condescending remarks. “Make sure to brush your teeth after a day of crime-fighting.” Wow, was I naive! I bet I’d catch loads of stuff in the Transformers and G.I.Joe cartoons. Do you recall if Voltron and Battle of the Planets were so overt?
G.I. Joe had the “knowing is half the battle” bits at the end, but I don’t think Transformers ever had such messages. I think part of that was an effort to pass the show off as educational. I think there were laws at the time that required a certain amount of educational and/or socially-redeeming content during the afterschool hours, IIRC.
Do you recall if Voltron and Battle of the Planets were so overt?
The only lesson I ever learned from Voltron was that if they had just formed Voltron and used the damned sword to begin with, they would save a lot of time and energy that would otherwise be wasted in protracted fighting.
I don’t really remember Battle of the Planets, though. I may not have seen that one.
Regarding watching Batman: The Movie. How 'bout Friday the day after Thanksgiving? I’m gonna be off that day and I’ll probably be catching up on Batman all day. Re-frakkination
Huh, vaguely familiar, but I don’t recall watching it. I had a friend in college who always talked about G-Force. I wonder how I missed out on this one. Weird.
I was checking what I had scheduled. Looks like neither Smallville nor SGU is airing new episodes that night, so the whole day is open until 10 PM ET, when I have Batman & Robin scheduled. How about the Batman movie at 8 PM that day, and just one long refrak of other movies before that?
